Who we are

Summary
- You can use every public page without an account. There are no sign-up, contact, or newsletter forms.
- We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, and our pages do not set cookies.
- Pay Calculator inputs are saved only in your own browser and are never sent to our servers.
Information processed when you visit
Like any website, requests to nurseway pass through our network provider, Cloudflare, and our web server. To deliver pages and keep the site secure, they process technical data such as your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, and the time of the request. Our web server's access logs are rotated daily and kept for about 14 days. Cloudflare processes request data under its own privacy policy and may set strictly necessary security cookies in some cases (for example, during a bot-protection check).
Pay Calculator
- Your shifts, pay rate, deductions, and tax settings are stored in your browser's local storage (key
paycalc-v2) so they are still there when you come back. They are not sent to nurseway. You can delete them by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. - To show amounts in Korean won, your browser requests the current USD→KRW exchange rate directly from a third-party service, open.er-api.com (ExchangeRate-API). That request contains no calculator data, but like any web request it reveals your IP address and browser information to that service.
Display preference
If you pick a color theme, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage (key nw-theme). It is not sent to us.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message, and use them only to reply and to improve the site (for example, to fix an error you reported). Mail to our addresses is routed by Cloudflare Email Routing to our inbox. We do not add you to any mailing list. Please don't send sensitive personal documents.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it except with the service providers described above or when required by law.
Features that are not public
The site's code includes account and resume features that are under development and are not offered to the public. If we launch features that collect personal information, we will update this policy before they go live.
Children
nurseway is intended for nurses and nursing professionals and is not directed to children under 13.
Your choices
You can clear browser-stored data at any time. To ask about, or request deletion of, emails you have sent us, write to hello@nurse-way.com.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. See also our Terms of Use.
